Every Friday begins in the courtyard promptly at 7:50 AM. We have weekly announcements, students will raise our flag and we say the Pledge of Allegiance, we recite our Green Elementary Peace Pledge and a song will be played, followed by an all school dance that changes monthly.
We encourage parents to attend Friday morning courtyard and join in the fun. The first Friday of every month there will be coffee served, compliments of our PTO and a dress theme for students i.e. superhero, tie-dye, crazy hair day etc. Students are encouraged to show off their Green Gecko wear every other Friday.

PEACE PLEDGE
I am a peace builder. I pledge to praise people, to give up put downs, to seek wise people, to notice and speak up about hurts I have caused, and to right wrongs. I will build peace at home, at school, and in my community each day.
