Green Elementary Running Club is a no-cost morning enrichment intended to promote exercise and a healthy lifestyle for our students. Running Club is organized and staffed by volunteers from our Gecko Dad's Club and PTO. Running Club is available for all students TK-5 in the morning before school. The running club gate opens at 7:25am, laps begin at 7:29am for 15 minutes. If you are interested in knowing more about Running Club concerning your children, how many laps they have done, rewards involved, etc...
- Go to the following website: stridetrack.com, download the app
- Go to "student/runner login"
- Input all the numbers on your child's running club card
- Press submit
- Track the progress of your child, their grade, and our school as a whole
Running club administrators will update student lap counts bi-weekly. Laps are not recorded in “real time.”
Once your child reaches designated laps and miles, they will receive their "winged feet" award during Friday morning courtyard and their name will be recognized for their accomplishment.
